TFC's Lapwing brand is designed to present white and rosé wines which can be drunk for pure refreshment to a degree that conventional wines could not (because of their alcohol content), yet can also still make a perfect accompaniment for a meal. This is accomplished by the creation of white and rosé wines with outstanding aroma and flavour characteristics, and ensuring the preservation of 100% of those characteristics in spite of the removal of over 50% of the wines' alcohol. Careful selection and blending of the original wines is essential to ensure that the key elements in the finished product are in optimum balance with one another after the removal of the alcohol down to its final level of 5.5%.
