TFC in Chile
Chile represents one of the world’s best combinations of quality and value in conventional wines. ConeTech was already operational in Chile, giving David Stevens access to the technological half of the TFC Method, and he searched for Chilean wines which could be adapted by his selection and blending techniques to a reduced alcohol role. After extensive experimentation, David is now confident that "new generation" wines from Chile will be as important to the new category in the world market as their conventional counterparts.
